Negotiations on the enterprise agreement have been going on for several months, while there have been some improvements, we still have many outstanding issues on which the Council has not negotiated. We have informed the Council that we will review our protocol in collaboration with Members to obtain the “Die in the ditch” requests that we wish to continue negotiations. The Commission indicated that all new inclusions should be calculated and could have an impact on the wage supply.
